We always guarantee the integrity of our products. Should you experience an issue with the quality of the mitt, please notify us immediately for a replacement. You can reach us by filling out the contact form. Your message should include your name, order # and the reason for returning. Once we’ve received your info, we’ll respond and ask for pictures of the issue. Once received, we’ll process a replacement at no charge. Please Note: We do not offer refunds on Priority Shipping. We also do not process returns from third-parties (gifts, resales, etc…). We must be notified of your return within 30 days of purchase.
We do not offer refunds on orders marked "DELIVERED" by USPS.
