**NOTICE** DUE TO COVID-19, we are experiencing some delays. If you haven’t received your order yet, it is most likely due to this. We will continue monitoring this and appreciate your patience and understanding. We have been informed to also expect delays with the upcoming holidays.
Orders placed through our website will ship within 2-3 business days of receipt of order. In rare occasions or during exceptionally busy times, we may experience stockouts, which can cause a delay in an order. If this happens, we will do our best to contact you ahead of time.
Once your order ships, it will usually arrive in 3-8 business days with Standard Ground FREE SHIPPING using USPS US Postal Service. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order has been shipped along with tracking information You may track your package at www.USPS.com. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation within 5 business days after placing your order, please check your SPAM email box or send an email to email@example.com.
Once the package has been shipped, we cannot make address corrections or forwarding requests. We are sorry, but we are not responsible for orders or items lost in transit by the carrier including orders that show delivered by carrier’s tracking system.
In some cases, USPS tracking may be marked “DELIVERED” but you won’t receive the package for several days. We do not have any control over how packages are tracked after they are processed by USPS. If you have not received your package, but see it marked “DELIVERED”, you may want to wait a couple days before you contact USPS as the package is often delivered within that time frame.
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your package is showing “DELIVERED” and you have not received it, we suggest reaching out to USPS to alert them of the issue. You may contact your local mail carrier or file a “Help Request” with USPS. This will alert your local post office so they may research your missing package for you.
MicrodermaMitt does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as “DELIVERED” by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or replacements that the carrier confirms as being “DELIVERED”.
Flat Rate shipping charges applied at checkout. We currently ship to Canada, Great Britain and Australia. Free shipping policies are not eligible for international countries. We do not cover any associated taxes, duties, tariffs or VAT. International shipments are subject to customs procedures leaving US and arriving in the destination country.
