Orders placed through our website will ship within 2-3 business days of receipt of order.
**NOTICE** DUE TO COVID-19, we are experiencing some delays. If you haven’t received your order yet, it is most likely due to this. We will continue monitoring this and appreciate your patience and understanding. We have been informed to also expect delays with the upcoming holidays.
Orders placed through our website will ship within 2-3 business days of receipt of order. In rare occasions or during exceptionally busy times, we may experience stockouts, which can cause a delay in an order. If this happens, we will do our best to contact you ahead of time.
Once your order ships, it will usually arrive in 3-8 business days with Standard Ground FREE SHIPPING using USPS US Postal Service. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order has been shipped along with tracking information You may track your package at www.USPS.com. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation within 5 business days after placing your order, please check your SPAM email box or send an email to email@example.com.
Once the package has been shipped, we cannot make address corrections or forwarding requests. We are sorry, but we are not responsible for orders or items lost in transit by the carrier including orders that show delivered by carrier’s tracking system.
Flat Rate shipping charges applied at checkout. We currently ship to Canada, Great Britain and Australia. Free shipping policies are not eligible for international countries. We do not cover any associated taxes, duties, tariffs or VAT. International shipments are subject to customs procedures leaving US and arriving in the destination country.
We hope you are delighted with your order. If for some reason you are not, we will happily issue refunds for unopened and unused product within 30 days of purchase returned in its original condition.
MicrodermaMitt does not provide return shipping labels; products will be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org along with your full name and order number, and reason for return and you will be contacted for next steps.
Once your return is received and processed, we will notify you that your refund has been approved. Refunds can only be posted to the original form of payment. Once a refund is processed, please allow 2 weeks for the funds to post to your account.
Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept the return of opened products. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to issue you a credit equal to your purchase price to be used for any of the products on our website. If you wish to cancel your order, fill out the contact form ASAP, otherwise charges may occur. We will try our best to catch it before it ships. Once your order ships, it cannot be cancelled.
