How to Use for Ichthyosis:
Soak in very warm bath for at least 5-10 minutes.
Stand up out of water and with damp Mitt begin rubbing up and down and side to side with as much pressure as comfortable. Skin cells should clump together and roll off easily. Continue until fresh skin appears.

Cleaning the Mitt
Due to the amount of skin cells and the frequency of use, you may find it necessary to occasionally rinse your Mitts in a bleach solution to prevent any build up and staining. Place Mitts in a sink with a small amount of bleach and hot water and let soak for an hour.
